It’s that time of year again! We know you are anxious to hear what we have planned for another spectacular season of live professional theater. We are celebrating our 13th Season in the Garden Theater and we have selected a fantastic line up of premieres, audience favorites and innovative interpretations of musical theater classics. New subscriptions start May 6, 2024. New Flex Ticket Packages start June 1, 2023. Your subscription package includes the same reserved seat(s) for 5 Short North Stage Mainstage shows and 1 reserved seat for the Green Room show on your designated week and day. Benefits include 15% savings on your subscription tickets, limited fees, dedicated subscription service team at CBUSArts, free and unlimited ticket exchanges, $10 discounts on additional ticket purchases, and invitations to special events, subscriber intermissions, and exclusive deals.

Short North Stage Flex Pack
For the 2024-2025 season, Short North Stage is again offering a Flex Ticket Package in both the Premium and Standard pricing levels. Flex Tickets are purchasable in multiples of 6 and can be used for any seat in your price level for the Mainstage shows this season and for the The Rocky Horror Show. Other benefits include limited fees, free and unlimited ticket exchanges, and discounts on additional ticket purchases. Flex Tickets are purchasable in multiples of 6. You may redeem up to 4 Flex Tickets per title per subscription.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will I need to make a new CBUSArts account?
If you are a renewing subscriber, use the email address on your renewal form to login to your existing CBUSArts account. If you are using CBUSArts for the first time, we created you a temporary login—please use the FORGOT PASSWORD process with the email address on your form to get your account set-up.
If you are a new subscriber but have an existing CBUSArts account, you can use your same login and password to purchase your Short North Stage subscription.
If you are a new subscriber and are new to CBUSArts.com, you will need to create a new account with your primary email address.
How long do I have to decide about purchasing tickets for the 2024-2025 season?
Renewing Subscribers have until 11:59pm on May 4, 2024, to request best available seating or secure their same seats. The CBUSArts Ticket Center will do our best to honor all upgrade and seat change requests before new subscriptions go on sale on May 6, 2024. Subscriptions will continue to be on sale through July 31, 2024.
What is in my 2024-2025 Short North Stage subscription?
Each subscription package includes one ticket to each of the 6 Season Show on your designated week and day, including Legally Blonde, Ain't Misbehavin', Jersey Boys, Nine, A Chorus Line and The Drowsy Chaperone. The Add-On show The Rocky Horror Show) can be purchased for a discounted price at the time of your subscription purchase, although we cannot guarantee your exact subscription seats.
How do I change my subscription seats or package?
When using your renewal form, you can denote any changes you would like to make to your package on the back of your form. When using your online account, add your seat change requests when prompted before moving your package to your cart. We will do our best to accommodate those requests as we receive your form. You can also call the CBUSArts Ticket Center to review your options with us – call (614) 469-0939 and asked to be transferred to Subscription Services.
What happens if you can’t accommodate my seat change or package request?
We will give you a call if we have any questions regarding your request. Please note that once the renewal period is over, we will again try to accommodate any seating change requests from the unrenewed inventory prior to new subscriptions going on sale on May 8. If we are able to change your seats, we will send a new confirmation email with the new seat locations.
How do I buy the Add On shows this season?
When using your renewal form, indicate the dates and quantities of additional tickets you would like to purchase for The Rocky Horror Show. When using your online account, once your package is in your cart, use the Search Bar in the upper right corner of your screen to find The Rocky Horror Show. Your discounted presale prices will be available for any show, any seat. Please note, we cannot guarantee your exact subscription seats. You will also receive additional instructions in your confirmation email for how to purchase additional tickets.
When will I receive my tickets by mail or digitally from my CBUSArts.com wallet??
Tickets will be mailed May 15, 2024 and/or be made digitally available at that time in your CBUSArts.com wallet.
When can I exchange my season subscription tickets?
Season subscribers may exchange tickets for new dates/times starting June 1, 2024.
When will Flex Subscriptions be available for purchase?
Flex Subscriptions will be available for purchase starting June 1, 2024. Physical Flex Tickets will be mailed once purchased to help patrons track their remaining tickets and easily share them with friends and family. Flex Tickets may be redeemed in-person, by email, or over the phone; information regarding exchanges will be included in with your mailed tickets. We recommend redeeming your Flex Tickets in advance as redemption is subject to availability. Please note that a maximum of 4 Flex Tickets may be redeemed per show title per subscription.
When can I start exchanging my Flex Subscription tickets for individual performances?
Flex Tickets may be redeemed starting June 1, 2024. As a reminder, You may redeem up to 4 Flex Tickets per title per subscription.
When will the general public be able to buy their tickets?
Individual tickets will be available starting June 1, 2024.
