We have missed you. And now we’re back and can't wait to see you again! The past season was difficult for us all – not being able to share hugs, laughter, and great music together in-person. But the Columbus Jazz Orchestra returns to the Southern Theatre this fall for its 49th season led by world renowned trumpeter Byron Stripling. And the lineup of concerts is a knockout.

Renewing your subscription with no changes? Login to your CBUSArts account to renew online. You might already have a CBUSArts account or we may have created you a temporary login. When To Purchase

RENEWING SUBSCRIBERS: Renewal Forms are being mailed to subscribers the week of July 11, 2021. You can renew online starting July 12, 2021 if you are making no changes to your packages.

NEW SUBSCRIBERS: New Subscriptions are on sale in mid to late July.

INDIVIDUAL TICKETS: Individual tickets are on sale starting August 16, 2021, at 10 am

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Jazz Arts Group doing any live performances that I can attend?

Yes! Each 2021-2022 show will be in-person and is slated for 100% capacity with no social distancing measures in place at this time.

Can I still get my same subscription seats from the last full season (2019-2020)?

Yes! Your subscription seats from the 2019-2020 are being held for you to renew for the 2021-2022 season, regardless of your purchasing decisions during the 2020-2021 season.

Will there be virtual options this year?

Yes! Virtual options are available exclusively through the Jazz Arts Group. You can head to their website for more information: https://www.jazzartsgroup.org/

What happened to my credit from the 2020 season and can I use it now?

Credit from cancelled 2020 performances cannot be applied toward the 2021-2022 season. CAPA and the Jazz Arts Group made numerous attempts (including emails and letters) to reach patrons regarding their outstanding credit from cancelled 2020 performances. Patrons were asked to contact CAPA by Friday, June 18, 2021 regarding potential refunds. After that date, any funds remaining were automatically converted to a donation to the Jazz Arts Group. When will I receive my tickets or be able to print from my CBUSArts account?

Season Tickets will be mailed starting August 10, 2021. Tickets are available for review in your CBUSArts account once your purchase is complete, although you will not be able to print or access barcodes for these tickets until after August 10, 2021.
